Privacy Policy of Shimanagi

Shimanagi (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator") sets out the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of users in relation to the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "this Service").

If it is determined that the request is valid, the Operator will suspend the use of the personal information.

If suspension is performed, or if a decision is made not to suspend, the Operator will notify the user without delay.

Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy. Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, the revised privacy policy will become effective once it is posted on this website.
